CCMS TEAMS

Fundraising/Sponsorship Team
Responsible for planning fundraisers, securing donations and sponsorships for CCMS and CCMF

Cherokee County Music Foundation Team
Responsible for handling all logistics concerning the CCMF including creating programs, fundraising (working with the Fundraising Committee), visibility, securing donations and distribution recommendations, etc.

Visibility Team
Responsible for increasing visibility of the CCMS throughout Cherokee County initially, and also eventually throughout Georgia

Membership Team
Responsible for recruiting new members and increasing meeting attendance

By-Laws Team (newly added)
Responsible for developing and enforcing by-laws for the CCMS and CCMF
