Project and Finance Manager – Kibuye, Burundi

Serge’s team in Kibuye, Burundi has a need for a Project Developer to serve on a missionary team that is providing healthcare and training to some of the most under-served people in the world.

Responsibilites:

• Track project construction income/expenses
• Find and apply for grants
• Create fundraising materials
• Write annual reports for the hospital
• Interface with donors

Requirements and Critical Qualities:

• Strong organizational skills
• Strong people skills
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written
• Prior experience with an NGO preferred
